This privacy statement describes Notecabinet practices with respect to private information that may be obtained through Notecabinet services and website. If a customer elects to use such ways they may be requested to provide additional information depending on the nature of the contact. Typically, such additional information may include further contact details.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a computer's hard disk containing information about the owner. Notecabinet may employ the use of cookies for measuring the success of advertising and affiliate network membership. We do not use cookies for storing personal or confidential information.

Notecabinet website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), to evaluate the use of the Notecabinet site. Google Analytics places a third party cookie on your computer that is then used to compile reports of visitor traffic and internet usage. Notecabinet uses log files comprising of IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track movements throughout the site, calculate the number of document and file downloads, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website. Notecabinet has no control over the accuracy of information displayed by such websites.

Security

Sensitive information submitted via the website is protected both online and off-line. The transmission of information is encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This includes the submission of any confidential information. All of our customer's private information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example contact to our customers) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Confidential information will not be available for Notecabinet's staff.

Choice / Opt out

Customers will occasionally receive information from Notecabinet on services, and special deals or may receive informational newsletters. Customers receiving these emails may elect at their option not to receive additional promotional communications. Notecabinet may also send service announcement updates. Customers are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements as they may contain important security information about the services.

Customers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having information used for purposes not directly related to the Notecabinet service offering at the point where the information is requested. If customers no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials, they may opt-out of receiving these communications by emailing Notecabinet at info@notecabi.net.
